These are local practitioners who I know and highly recommend.
all share a love of supporting women in pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Michele teaches pregnancy and postnatal yoga at the Goose Green Clinic in East Dulwich and postnatal yoga at the Brockwell Lido. Upon completing her pregnancy yoga training with Judy Cameron through the British Wheel of Yoga she went on to train with Birthlight Founder Francoise Freedman in postnatal yoga alongside further pregnancy yoga study.
Having practiced pregnancy yoga throughout her pregnancies, she firmly believes in the benefit of Yoga breathing, stretching, postures and movement to ease pregnancy discomforts and prepare for labour and birth.
Many of her students have never practiced yoga before, and the classes are suitable for women with all levels of yoga experience from seasoned yoginis to complete beginners.
Michele is a mentored doula registered with Doula UK and Nurturing Birth and supports women through their birth journey whatever path that may take, homebirth or elective caesarean and anything in-between!

Louisa trained to become an osteopath at the British School of Osteopathy where she qualified with a masters degree.
She enjoys treating people of all ages and working with them not only to relieve their pain and aid recovery, but also to explore the causes of discomfort. This can then help with finding ways to prevent problems in the future, by increasing awareness of the stresses and strains that the body may be experiencing and creating a renewed drive for health.
Louisa has also completed a post graduate diploma in women’s health in osteopathy, following her interest in working with women during pregnancy and after childbirth, helping to accommodate the changes that take place during this time.
She is a member of the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy, having done post graduate courses in cranial osteopathy, which she uses in her treatments alongside structural and visceral techniques.
Alongside her osteopathic studies, Louisa completed an ITEC diploma in sports massage in 2010, and has since been working as a sports massage therapist.
